En tiedä millä nimellä tätä kutsuisi, mutta jonnekin asusteen tai korun välimaastoon palmikkoneule jää. Äiti teki tämän helposti toteutettavan veden vihreän neuleen.

Tässä on yhdistetty letittämällä kolme sileää neuletta olevaa pätkää. Kussakin pätkässä on 20 silmukkaa. Kun sileän neuloksen reunat rullaantuvat pyöreiksi, pätkien letittäminen onnistuu helposti. Kunkin pätkän pituus on ollut n. 1,5 kertainen suorana ennen letitystä. Lanka on pehmeää viskoosisekoitetta, joten sitä kärsii pitää paljaallakin iholla. Päiden yhdistämiskohta asettuu sopivasti piiloon niskaan.

How would you call this? This braid is somewhere between jewellery and accessory. Mum made this ocean blue piece and it is quite easy to make.

There is three flat knitted pieces which has been combined into braid. Each piece has been made with 20 loops. Pieces are easy to plait as the edges of flat knit roll. Each piece is appr. 1,5 times as long as the final braid. The yarn is viscose blend so it is soft even towards bare skin. The spot where the ends has been sewn together lies hidden on the neck.
